Kontestasi politik Pilkada 2018 sudah di depan mata. Masyarakat diminta pandai dalam memilih calon kepala daerah agar bisa memajukan daerahnya dalam lima tahun ke depan.

Wakil Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Saut Situmorang mengingatkan agar masyarakat tak memilih calon kepala daerah yang menjerumuskan masyarakat ke dalam pusaran suap.

"Jangan pernah mau masuk dalam jebakan politik uang yang tidak akan menyejahterakan apalagi menggembirakan," ujar Saut saat dikonfirmasi, Jakarta, Selasa (26/6/2018).

Selain meminta agar tak memilih calon pemimpin yang bermain politik uang, Saut mengimbau masyarakat tak memilih pemimpin yang sudah dijerat KPK sebagai tersangka korupsi.

"Kalau sudah menjadi tersangka, ya tentu tidak direkomendasi untuk dipilih, karena KPK punya bukti awal yang cukup mereka terganggu integritasnya," kata Saut.

Dia pun meminta masyarakat untuk melihat rekam jejak calonnya sebelum memilih.

Namun, dia membebaskan masyarakat memilih calon yang sesuai hati nuraninya.

"Tapi pasangannya akan lain dan tentu KPK tidak dalam posisi mengomentari, biar publik yang menilai dengan mempelajari dan mencari info detail tentang calon," kata Saut.

Menurut catatan Liputan6.com, ada sembilan kepala daerah yang dijerat KPK karena berbagai kasus korupsi. Berikut ini daftarnya:

1. Calon Gubernur Maluku Utara, Ahmad Hidayat Mus

Mantan Bupati Kepulauan Sula, Maluku Utara, Ahmad Hidayat Mus ditetapkan sebagai tersangka bersama dengan Ketua DPRD Kepulauan Sula Zainal Mus. Ahmad Hidayat Mus merugikan negara sebesar Rp 3,4 miliar.

Ahmad dan Zainal diduga telah melakukan pengadaan fiktif dalam pembebasan lahan Bandara Bobong yang menggunakan APBD Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula, Maluku Utara tahun anggaran 2009.

Pemerintah Kabupaten Sula seakan-akan membeli tanah milik ZM (Zainal Mus), yang seakan-akan dibeli dari masyarakat.

Dari total kerugian negara sebesar Rp 3,4 miliar itu, sebesar Rp 1,5 miliar diduga ditransfer kepada Zainal sebagai pemegang surat kuasa penerima pembayaran pelepasan tanah, dan senilai Rp 850 juta diduga masuk ke kantong Ahmad. Sementara, sisanya diduga mengalir kepada pihak-pihak lain.

Ahmad Hidayat Mus sendiri hingga kini masih belum ditahan penyidik KPK. Dalam Pilkada serentak 2018, Ahmad Hidayat Mus berpasangan dengan Rivai Umar diusung Partai Golkar dan PPP dengan nomor urut 1.

2. Calon Gubernur Lampung, Mustafa

Bupati Lampung Tengah Mustafa yang maju sebagai Calon Gubernur Lampung pada Pilkada 2018didakwa menyuap enam anggota DPRD Lampung Tengah 2014-2019 sebesar Rp 9,6 miliar. Mustafa melakukan hal tersebut bersama Kepala Dinas Bina Marga Kabupaten Lampung Tengah, Taufik Rahman.

Uang yang diberikan Mustafa kepada enam pimpinan dan anggota DPRD diberikan secara bertahap yakni, Rp 2 miliar, Rp 1,5 miliar, Rp 1 miliar, Rp 1,2 miliar, dan Rp 495 juta. Enam anggota DPRD Lampung Tengah, yang menerima suap tersebut yaitu, Natalis Sinaga, Rusliyanto, Achad Junaidi Sunardi, Raden Zugiri, Bunyana dan Zainuddin.

Yang keseluruhannya berjumlah Rp 9.695.000.000.

Uang suap itu bertujuan untuk memuluskan penandatanganan persetujuan DPRD terkait rencana pinjaman Kabupaten Lampung Tengah kepada PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI) sebesar Rp 300 miliar pada tahun anggaran 2016. Dana Rp 300 miliar rencananya digunakan untuk biaya pembangunan sembilan ruas jalan dan satu jembatan.

Pada Pilkada 2018, Mustafa berpasangan dengan Ahmad Jajuli. Mustafa-Ahmad diusung Partai Nasdem, PKS, dan Hanura. Nomor urut 4.

3. Calon Bupati Subang, Imas Aryumningsih

Imas tersandung kasus dugaan suap terkait perizinan di Pemerintah Kabupaten Subang. Imas sendiri akan diadili di Pengadilan Tipikor, Bandung, Jawa Barat. Berkas penyidikan Imas dirampungkan penyidik pada awal Juni 2018, kemarin.

Imas yang kini dititipkan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Sukamiskin, Bandung dijerat dengan tiga tersangka lainnya. Yakni Asep Santika selaku Kepala Bidang Perizinan DPMPTSP Subang, Miftahudin selaku pihak swasta, dan Data seorang karyawan swasta.

Diduga, Imas, Data dan Asep menerima uang suap ‎dari dua perusahaan, PT ASP dan PT PBM senilai Rp 1,4 miliar. Pemberian suap diduga dilakukan untuk mendapatkan izin prinsip untuk membuat pabrik atau tempat usaha di Subang.

Uang tersebut diberikan oleh seorang pihak swasta yakni, Miftahudin dalam beberapa tahapan. Komitmen fee di awal antara pemberi dengan perantara adalah Rp 4,5 miliar. Sedangkan pemberian fee antara Bupati ke perantara sejumlah Rp 1,5 miliar.

Pada Pilkada 2018 ini, Imas berpasangan dengan Surarno sebagai calon dalam nomor urut 2. Imas dan Sutarno didukung Partai Golkar dan PKB.

4. Calon Bupati Jombang Nyono Suharli Wihandoko
